Privacy notice
sustin.ai is open as an information site: there are no accounts, no AI processing, no analytics and no cookies. This notice covers the site as it is today; a fuller notice will apply before accounts or the AI analysis open.

What we process and why
- Visiting the site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, serves the pages and, as for any website, processes technical data such as your IP address and the request your browser makes, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use no analytics and build no profiles.
- Writing to us. When you write to [email protected], for example to request early access, we process your email address and your message to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying. We keep the message as long as needed to deal with it and any follow-up, then delete it.
What stays in your browser
The site sets no cookies. Your browser keeps, on your device only: your choice of light or dark theme, if you make one (local storage); a draft you build in the living-site builder, until you clear it (local storage); and the state of the Analyse tab for the open tab (session storage). None of it is sent to us. Fonts and images are served from sustin.ai itself.
No accounts and no AI processing
Sign-up is not open, so we hold no account data. The Analyse tab shows a sample analysis computed in advance from the Sustin release; nothing you type there is sent to an AI service or to us.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, to the supervisory authority where you live or work.
EU representative
SUSTIN C.I.C.'s representative in the EU under Article 27 of the GDPR is Sustainable Intelligence ASBL, Belgium (designation pending; DR-S027).
